Dscoop recently spoke with Tobias Flores, Sales Director at DirectSmile, to find out why DirectSmile supports Dscoop through a strategic year-round partnership. Here's what he had to say:
Since its inception in 2005, Dscoop has been a great pleasure and a very profitable one too, an excellent platform for new business, to cultivate customer relations and even to launch new products.
Back in the days when DirectSmile started its business HP Indigo users were the first adopters of our technology and since then, they have always been played a vital role in our business. Consequently, we’ve been attending each and every conference since 2005. Dscoop has been our platform of choice not only for new business, but also to keep up customer relations and meet our friends in business. A couple of Dscoop conferences even saw the launch of all-new DirectSmile solutions. In 2007, the first ever DirectSmile cross media campaign has been realized for Dscoop and, more recently we launched our Cloud Platform at Dscoop9 in Orlando. With strong ties to HP Indigo, the technology and the users, DirectSmile feels itself part of a great community, and, by supporting Dscoop University as members of the Advisory Board, we are committed to contribute even more in future.
