The 2012 annual conference, Dscoop7, to be held March 22-24 in Washington, D.C., features networking opportunities and three full days of education focused on Business and Sales, Operations, Label and Packaging, and Grand Format tracks. Colleagues from all across the industry and the world will come together to learn techniques and share ideas for growing their business.
The conference will also feature a heavy emphasis on servicing brand managers and how Dscoop members can build those relationships.
“We’ve heard from our members participating in the Fast Forward Power Pack program that they are looking for resources to reach the brand owners at prospective clients,” said Eric Hawkinson, executive director of Dscoop. “That’s why we are involving brand influencers to lead multiple sessions at Dscoop7. They will be able to build on the education we currently provide and provide insight into how to work with leading brands in all industries. This is a significant evolution of our conference education, but it reflects on what our members have been asking for.”
