About the Incoming Board Member for Dscoop Americas
Gary Garner is president and CEO of GLS Companies and oversees all aspects of the business operation. Garner started the business in 1984 as General Litho Services, Inc. with five employees. The business has evolved from a straight sheetfed printer to a diversified marketing services provider incorporating creative services, conventional and digital printing, data processing, mailing, fulfillment and distribution services.
Garner is a member of the board of directors for the Printing Industry of Minnesota and an active member of the Printing Industries of America. He serves on the Digital Printing Advisory Council for HP and is a member of the Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association.
“We have a wonderfully passionate and committed group who will continue to push the boundaries of what Dscoop offers to our members, and Gary will make a great addition to our leadership team,” Moore said. “We are a user-driven organization, so we are always open to hearing from our members about what we can do better.”
Dscoop Americas Honors Outgoing Board Member
The officers and members of Dscoop are grateful for the leadership of David Smith, CEO of Dynamic Print Solutions, who is stepping down from the board of directors after serving four years. His vision and commitment has established the high standards and precedents that the group now uses as a foundation for continued growth.
“We thank David for his years of service and building the community of technical and operations professionals that are essential to Dscoop,” Vaughn said. “We are confident that he will continue to be an integral part of the Dscoop community as an active member.”
