Fascination is an intense emotional focus. You don't learn how to be fascinating, you "unlearn how to be boring." Our brains are hardwired to fascinate and be fascinated. However, in a world of quick browsing internet surfers, our attention spans have shrunk. While the average person's attention span used to be 20 minutes, it is now just nine seconds. This is where fascination comes in, you need to reach out and interest people in those nine seconds with one, or a combination of the seven fascination triggers. They are:
