Please arrive at the hotel at least one hour prior to your presentation. Upon your arrival, please check in and pick up your name badge at the registration desk. Please note that you are a speaker to the registration staff.

Wireless is not available in the convention center and meeting areas and will not be available in session rooms.
For those staying at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center, high-speed internet access is included in your guestroom rate along with wireless internet access in the atrium, the hotel lobby and all restaurants.

If you need a room in which to prepare for your presentation, please see Dscoop staff at the registration desk. We are happy to accommodate your needs.
DRESS CODE AND WEATHER
Generally, suggested dress is business casual for both day and evening events. In February, the average daily temperature in Nashville is 52° F. We recommend that you bring a light jacket or sweater with you because the session rooms tend to be chilly.

Session evaluations will be available in all session rooms. Please remind attendees to fill out session evaluations and drop them in the collection box at the back of each room. Conference staff will pick them up after the session ends. Evaluation results will be compiled and sent to you within four weeks after the conference.
Please note that we are not able to make hard copies of any handouts for your session. After the conference has concluded, we will post all presentations on the Dscoop website.Please send any additional material you would like posted to Dscoop Education and Learning Services.
