This session will allow a President or Plant manager to provide the methodology, and process to allow the output device operator take responsibility for the color of their device to ensure that it is printing to the targeted condition before production work is started, and if it is not, the methodology will allow the operator to track the reason for the non conformance in order to fix it. Every device's color characteristics change over a given period of time, some devices (like digital presses) can change very quickly. This session will help you assess your devices "drift" characteristics and help you set up process control procedures to minimize the amount of drift experienced to provide a consistent product. But consistency is only half the battle, we will also discuss options to color manage your device to help deliver color accurate results which is necessary to provide a complete precise and accurate print for your customers that will match customer expectations.
