Q: How do I register for Dscoop9?

A: Visit www.dscoop9.org to log in and register. You must be a Dscoop member to attend the conference. Dscoop members are companies that own and operate HP Graphic Arts equipment.

Q: How do I reserve my hotel for Dscoop9?

A: The official hotels for Dscoop9 are the Orlando World Center Marriott and the Gaylord Palms Hotel & Convention Center. More information about hotels, shuttles and room rates can be found here. Be sure to mention that you are with Dscoop to receive the discounted rate of $199 for a single or double room.

Dscoop recommends that you fly in the night of Wednesday, March 5 and fly out the night of Saturday, March 8 around 8:30 p.m. to take advantage of all that Dscoop9 has to offer.

Q: How do I plan my time at Dscoop9?

A: The Dscoop9 website (www.dscoop9.org) is the place to go for regular updates to the schedule of events and list of confirmed speakers. An Onsite Program will be distributed to all attendees during registration at the event which includes a customizable schedule as well.

Q: Do I register for the sessions I want to attend?

A: Dscoop9 sessions and presentations are open to all registered attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Is there anything I need to do following Dscoop9?

A: We want to hear from you! Watch your inbox for an online evaluation at the conclusion of the conference.

A: Orlando is on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Q: What will the weather be like during the event?

A: The average temperature in Orlando in March is a high of 77 degrees F (25 degrees C) and a low of 55 degrees F (13 degrees C).

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Please dress in business casual attire for sessions during Dscoop9. Keep in mind that some session rooms might be cold, so we recommend that you dress in layers. Wear comfortable shoes because the venue is large, and you will be walking for most of the day.
