REGISTRATION/HOTEL

Upon your arrival, please check in and pick up your name badge at the registration desk. Please note that you are a speaker to the registration staff.

INTERNET

Wireless is not available in the convention center and meeting areas and will not be available in session rooms.

For those staying at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, high-speed wireless and wired internet access is available in your guestroom as part of your room rate along with wireless internet access in the lobby and public areas. Meeting space is not included.

SPEAKER READY ROOM

If you need a room in which to prepare for your presentation, please see Dscoop staff at the registration desk. We are happy to accommodate your needs.

DRESS CODE AND WEATHER

Generally, suggested dress is business casual for both day and evening events. In March, the average daily temperature in Washington, D.C. is 55° F. We recommend that you bring a light jacket or sweater with you because the session rooms tend to be chilly.

SESSION EVALUATIONS

Session evaluations will be available in the mobile app. Evaluation results will be compiled and sent to you within four weeks after the conference.

HANDOUTS

Please note that we are not able to make hard copies of any handouts for your session. After the conference has concluded, we will post all presentations on the Dscoop website as well as the mobile app. Please send any additional material you would like posted to Dscoop Education and Learning Services.
